Skeleton Crew Chat:
Well, we've completed the first story arc for Skeleton Crew!
This forum is just for any feedback or questions anyone has about the comic so far. You can ask about back-stories, full names or possible future plots.
Of course I can't guarantee I'll have an answer for some questions. Some stuff Dave and I are still working on.
Of course, we promise not to let loose any spoilers.
So, "cry HAVOC and let slip the dogs of war!!"

Or better still, we just might outright lie :
Two words: POTATO ALIEN MIMES.
Okay, that's three words...

*Swats at cobwebs *
Woo! Dusty in here!
Just checking in to see if anyone's here. Apparently there's more skeletons here than in Kingship Manor. No matter.
I'm still here, and willing to answer all/any questions tossed out about Skeleton Crew!

*pulls out a machette to cut through the cobwebs* Hey guys (if anyone is here...>_>) I was wondering about something, where did Maria's father get his illness? Was it like from the blood of a monster or something? Or was it just a regular (deadly) infection?

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
Yeah, sorry about the dust in here. We don't get a lot of posts, generally, so forgive us if we were unprepared.
Great Question!
Avi's illness was nothing more than a bacterial infection (strep) which Avi was treating like a cold. When it interacted with his impacted wisdom teeth, he got a dangerous blood infection. This can actually happen (and almost happened to me) so I encourage you to see your dentist regularly.

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
Yes. We picked a VERY realistic and needlessly stupid way to die ON PURPOSE. so now you know (and knowing is half the battle).

I like it, It makes him seem more human. *thumbs up*

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
I was surprised at all the comments we'd gotten about people liking Avi. I kind of felt like a real jerk killing him off at end of Issue 2, despite the fact we all know he's SUPPOSED to die!
Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
Well if he didn't die, how would Maria meet the SC? It was probably for the best. XD
When I read through the story, I find that Zomboy seems...Familiar. Like I saw him earlier, am I wrong in my theory?

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
No idea.
I'll take that on board tho. Paper_tiger might want to run with that.
(seriously tho. We have promised not to post any spoilers)

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
@Chronos
The voices are
Chick= me
Dude= Paper tiger
Dunstan is... Dunstan really. His character design has changed A LOT in the last few years (I think for the better). It was just essential that the Skeleton Crew have a creepy butler and so we have Dunstan. He's Avi's old chum from when Avi Visited England.
The audio commentary will cover a bit more of it later. : )

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
He ages well.
*L* Dunstan is in his mid-50s right now. I did try to make some subtle differences, re: the wrinkles around the eyes/ forehead. Any other changes are because I'm still trying to get a handle on his character design.

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:

In that picture Maria found, who's that girl in the back? Or is that gonna be explained later?

Re: Skeleton Crew Chat:
Yup. More on them later. But they are old friends of Dunstan and Avi, which is why Dunstan is Peek-a-boo's guardian.

If you stew prunes with apples and bake blueberries in pineapples will the raisins taste like grapefruits?
